Sowmya Raghavan is a seasoned entrepreneur and business builder with a core passion for creating impactful ventures. Since 2009, Sowmya has successfully established businesses in live events, weddings, conferencing, hospitality, consultancy, and mentoring small businesses. Her journey reflects a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation.

In 2020, Sowmya launched Ekaa, a venue management and consultancy division under 3Productions. Sowmya's values of trust, authenticity, and unique identity building with sophistication have driven Ekaa's success, further solidifying her reputation as a business builder.

Manish Rao

Senior Director & Curator

Manish Rao is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry expert with over 25 years of experience in the event and corporate sectors. Renowned for his visionary leadership and innovative approach, Manish has successfully founded and led multiple businesses, including E.I. Green Management LLP, 3Productions, Vedamrutha Organics LLP, and Ekaa.

With a passion for creating impactful ventures, Manish has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his career. His expertise in event management, sustainable agriculture, and venue development has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and industry leader.

Sunil Narayan

Director of Sales

Sunil Narayan serves as the Sales Director at Ekaa, overseeing all aspects of the venues division, from sales to customer service and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in venue management and F&B, Sunil has extensive experience in managing and operating multiple restaurants. His expertise in these areas has seamlessly transitioned into his role at 3Productions, where his skills are now driving success in the venue management space. Sunil is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client's experience is nothing short of outstanding. In his role, Sunil guides sales efforts and client relations, leveraging his event coordination experience to enhance the overall event experience and drive business success.

Saakshi Balgaar

Asst. Director – Sales & Marketing

No matter how chaotic things get, Saakshi remains composed and clear-headed—bringing a steady hand to both sales and marketing. Her ability to stay focused under pressure makes her a dependable anchor within the team. On the marketing front, she helps shape Ekaa's identity through honest, well-crafted storytelling and thoughtful brand communication.

On the sales side, she works closely with the Sales Director, managing client inquiries with care and guiding them through the process. Known for her attention to detail and strong sense of ownership, Saakshi consistently follows through—ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and colleagues. She values trust, clarity, and consistency in everything she does.

Caroline Pattison

Asst. Director - Operations

Caroline is a quiet yet steady force behind the scenes at Ekaa. With a strong sense of responsibility and a grounded, no-fuss approach, she ensures the daily operations run smoothly. She coordinates logistics, manages staff schedules, and oversees execution on the ground to make sure each event unfolds without disruption. While her operational role is structured and detail-heavy, Caroline’s natural ability to listen and understand makes her equally approachable. She’s someone the team turns to when they need clarity or support, and her years of experience in high-pressure environments show in the calm and methodical way she handles even the most complex days.

Ranjitha Raj

Asst. Manager, Operations

Ranjitha is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of venues at Ekaa including all wedding events. Her role involves ensuring that events run smoothly, customer service standards are met, and company processes are followed. She plays a crucial part in coordinating events and managing client interactions, contributing to the overall success of each event.

Harshitha NN

Asst. Manager, Accounts

Harshitha has a background in banking, where she began her career before transitioning to the events industry. At Ekaa, she works within the accounts and administration division. Her experience in the banking sector informs her approach to financial management and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the company’s financial and administrative functions.
