Once a family home that was nurtured with love over decades, Prangana has now undergone a thoughtful & scaled development to create a modern venue space that accommodates up to 300 pax across an expanse of over an acre. Prangana with it’s traditional charm, natural beauty, nooks and corners, coves and niches, comes together to offer a unique and homely setting for those who wish to create meaningful memories on their special day.

When we partnered with the owners of Prangana, they sought to transform their cherished family home into a distinguished event venue.
Ekaa led this transformation through multiple stages starting from research and strategy right upto the business development process, till the very end ensuring every aspect was carefully strategised and executed.
Through a meticulous business development process, we created a compelling brand identity for Prangana, established operational protocols, and launched targeted marketing initiatives to position the venue competitively. From staffing and training to sales and ongoing management, Ekaa ensured every aspect was carefully strategised and executed. Design & Business Building Phase:
We began by conducting a detailed assessment of the property, working closely with the family to align their vision with market demands. Our efforts resulted in a comprehensive business plan that honored the property's heritage. During the design phase, we collaborated with architects to ensure the venue's layout was both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. We also developed a unique brand identity for Prangana, resonating with its cultural roots and appealing to its target audience.
Green Field Operations & Launch:
In the green field operations phase, we set up the venue, from finalizing architectural details to establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and everything in between. We trained staff to maintain the highest service standards, ensuring only the best of customer service at Prangana. Targeted marketing campaigns were launched to attract bookings, successfully positioning Prangana as a sought-after event venue.
Operational Management:
Today, Prangana operates as a fully functional business unit under our management. We oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, staffing, sales, and marketing. Our hands-on approach has ensured Prangana consistently exceeds client expectations, making it a standout venue in the wedding industry and beyond.
